Terms of Service

1. Who we are

InventoryTools is trading as InventoryTools (sole trader), United Kingdom. By using InventoryTools you agree to these terms.

2. The service

InventoryTools provides AI-powered document conversion tools for UK property inventory professionals: PDF to Word conversion, Audio to Word conversion, and Clean PDF. The service uses artificial intelligence. Outputs are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate. You are responsible for reviewing all converted documents before use.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

4. Credits and payment

• InventoryTools operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits do not expire.
• Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by UK consumer law.
• Prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use InventoryTools to upload files you do not have the right to process, upload illegal content, circumvent security measures, resell the service without written agreement, or interfere with the platform.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all files you upload. By uploading content you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the conversion service. We do not use your content to train AI models or share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any files you submit.

7. AI-generated output

Outputs may contain errors or omissions. You must review all converted documents before using them professionally. We are not liable for any loss arising from errors in AI-generated output that you have not reviewed.

8. Availability

We aim to keep InventoryTools available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of profit or business opportunity, or errors in AI output that have not been reviewed. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. White-label partners

InventoryTools may be made available under a white-label arrangement. White-label operators are responsible for their own users' compliance with these terms.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. On deletion, your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Unused credits are non-refundable on voluntary termination.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
